1. Order processing

Games, hobby and anything we hold ourselves: we pack and dispatch in-stock orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday). Order before 2 pm UK time on a weekday and we send it the same day.

Toys: these come from our toy supplier, so allow 7 to 13 working days from the day you order for delivery.

We may split large orders from our warehouse into more than one parcel; please allow up to 2 working days between parcels before contacting us. Toys from our toy supplier may arrive separately from other items.
If an item is still missing after these times, email admin@foxandfabletoysellers.com quoting your order number.
2. Postage rates & delivery windows
We deliver to addresses in the UK only. The times below are estimates for items from our warehouse, counted from the day we dispatch. Toys from our toy supplier take 7 to 13 working days in total, as in section 1.
No courier deliveries occur on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
Delivery is free on orders of £20 or more, and £5.99 under £20.

3. Tracking & delivery issues
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves us.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:

Check any safe places, neighbours or concierge desks.

Wait 24 hours, as some couriers scan early.

Contact us; we’ll liaise with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Terms of Sale.
