New to Warhammer?
Our guides cover which starter set to buy, what a Combat Patrol is, and what you need to start painting.
Questions before you order
Do the miniatures come painted and assembled?
No. Warhammer and most other miniatures kits arrive as unpainted plastic parts on sprues, so you'll need to clip them out and glue them together. Plastic glue, clippers and paints are sold separately.
When do pre-orders ship?
We send pre-orders out for the official release date. If you've a question about a particular release, get in touch and we'll tell you where your order is.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders of £20 and over. Order by 2pm on a weekday and we'll send it the same day. You'll see the delivery options and costs at checkout.
Do you price match?
Yes. If a UK online retailer has the same item for less within 7 days of your order, we'll refund the difference.
Buying for a shop or an online store?
We supply independent retailers and online sellers at trade prices. No minimum quantity, a £150 minimum order value, and our full catalogue as a CSV once you're approved.
