Chaos has many ways of giving gifts... and the Chaos gods are fickle indeed. For some, their ultimate end will be becoming Spawn, nothing more than a mass of muscle, devoid of thought, and eventually becoming nothing but a mere toy for the gods. Such is the way of Chaos!
