1. Order processing

Turn-around: We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 1 pm UK time roll over to the next working day.

We may split large orders into multiple parcels; please allow up to 2 working days between parcels before contacting us.
If an item is missing after that window, email support@foxandfabletoysellers.com quoting your order number.
All toys are brand-new, unread and sourced direct from publishers—so you enjoy publisher-fresh quality at outlet prices.
2. Postage rates & delivery windows
The times below are maximum estimates; most parcels arrive sooner.
No courier deliveries occur on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

3. Tracking & delivery issues
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves us.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:

Check any safe places, neighbours or concierge desks.

Wait 24 hours—some couriers scan early.

Contact us; we’ll liaise with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Terms of Sale.
